Our Agreement

1.  "Your restaurant logo" constitutes one logotype from your files, provided to The Menu Market as a jpeg, tif or eps file, at 300dpi or higher. We are not responsible for logos that are supplied at lower dpi. (They will print badly!)

2.  "Your copy content" constitutes your menu items (section headers, item names, descriptions, and pricing). We will typeset the copy you provide. Please review your copy before providing it to us, as errors and misspellings will only cost you time and money!

3.  "Your color palette" would be the colors present in your logotype.

4.  "Your images" would constitute any stock images or professional images that you would like to appear in your menu. Please provide only images that are 300dpi, cymk and that you have copyright to use.

5.  A "proofing round" would consist of you supplying copy or changes in one communication, we make those changes and return a pdf proof to you.

6.  A "pdf draft" is an emailed pdf of your menu design sent to you for review.

By purchasing artwork and services from The Menu Market, you understand that the Menu Market holds copyright and owns the menu artwork that you are using, unless by other agreement, such as a full rights buyout. Further, you understand that if you copy or recreate the artwork provided other than it's original intended purpose, you will be in violation of copyright law.
